Music Alumni Reunions
Texas State hosted its first comprehensive Music Alumni Reunion on October 30-31, 2009. We also host an Alumni Reunion at every TMEA Convention. Since Spring 2018, we have been hosting a reunion on our Texas State campus every last Saturday in March. However, it was canceled for 2020 because of the Covid-19 pandemic. On February 12, 2021, we hosted a virtual reunion via Zoom. And on October 9, 2021, we hosted a Music Alumni Reunion on the Texas State Campus, with lunch, several concerts, alumni choir, alumni orchestra, and alumni band. Our upcoming Reception at TMEA will take place Friday, February 10, 2023, at 9:30pm in the River Terrace Room of the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk (889 E Market St., San Antonio, TX 78205).
